Most companies sign up, build their first shop and invite their team on the same day. You sign up with your company registration number, we run an automatic credit check, and you can start buying straight away. No. Paneo is the software platform. Leasing and financing are provided by regulated financing partners, and insurance by licensed insurers. Paneo brings it all together in one place, so you deal with one login instead of five suppliers.
When you lease or insure through Paneo, our partners pay us a commission. That covers the cost of the platform, so we don't charge you a software fee on top. The leasing and insurance prices you see are the prices you pay.
You start the offboarding in Paneo. The employee gets a prepaid return kit or a pickup, the device goes to a service partner for a certified data wipe, and it's either refurbished and put back in your stock or returned to the leasing partner. You get a record for every step.
